We love to stay fit and we know that the best way to achieve it other than eating healthy and avoiding vices is by exercising. But sometimes the question hit, what should I wear to exercise? Celebrities are being looked up to just for almost everything, and one of our readers requested us to address her question, “what do celebrities wear to exercise?”
Other than Lady Gaga´s controvercial cat suit outfit to her yoga class, most celebrities and models are seen in low key, comfortable, sports appropriate outfits. Needless to say, their exercise outfits also vary according to the weather.
Lady Gaga did wear an all black lace cat suit on the way to a Taiwanese fitness studio last year but once she does do yoga, as seen in a Lady Gaga photo book, she goes for transparent (pink) sports bra and boycut shorts.
Pippa Middleton keep in shape by jogging around the neighborhood in her home in Chelsea, London. She wears a pink cropped sweater with sleeves pulled up over a hot pink top teamed with shorts and tennis shoes.
Vanessa Hudgens does yoga too and in summer, she wears a black spaghetti strap tank top over a purple sports bra with black cropped sweat pants. She covers her tresses with the Brokedown Vintage Button Cadet Hat in camo.
The highest paid supermodel showed us one way to wear leg warmers, to exercise. Leaving the fitness studio, Gisele Bünchen was seen in all black, tee and leggings, sports shoes, and leg warmers.
Model Claire Merry wore layered outfit to exercise at the park with the company of her personal trainer. She layers her fitted white sweater with a baby blue tee and scarf worn with shiny, baby blue leggings and trainers. This exercise outfit is great when the weather is cold.
Nicole Murphy looked super sexy in her exercise outfit – sports bra, shorts and tennis shoes. She bares her torso showing her six-pack abs in order to cool down from the heat. Later she´s seen covering up with a sweater matching her shorts.
