Have you ever felt challenged choosing what to wear under a low-cut, plunge, or backless dress? Here are the ways to solve the challenge.
When buying a backless dress, I always consider its style in front. Can I wear this dress braless?
Since I have a flat chest, I look for ruffles, 3D appliques or layers on the chest area. These would give me an illusion of having a bigger bossom where padded bras are not possible.
However, I got a very sexy dress that was gifted to me. It has a fitted bodice with plunging backless and straps. I obviously can´t wear my normal padded bra under it. And since there´s nothing in the dress to divert attention from my flat chest, it doesn´t flatter me.
So the dress has been sleeping in my closet for two years now. What a waste.
But then recently I´ve been itching to wear this dress. I decided it´s about time that I find ways to look covered when wearing a backless dress. Maybe I´ll also find the courage to try a plunge dress any day now.

Table of Contents
1. With Bust Enhancers Padding
A silicone bust enhancer will work well for me. It will give me additional volume on my chest and I don´t have to worry about looking too flat in that area.
But if you need invisible breast push up and firming bust enhancers, these pads will work too.
These kind of backless bras are attached to the breasts with skin-friendly adhesive tapes.
Although they are strong sticky silicones that secures in place, they do have a limit. They can´t support larger breasts.
2. With Self Adhesive Plunge Bra
Similar to the pads, this strapless bra is self adhessive. It creates an appearance of increased cleavage, which is great if you are wearing a plunge dress.
3. With a Backless Bra
The shaping backless bra functions just like a push up bra, thanks to its six layers of adhesive glue which guarantee maximum longevity.
The adjustable laces allow you to control how perky you´d want your breasts to appear, plus they also function as cute details peaking through your dress` cleavage.
Sagging breasts are a problem if you´re wearing a backless or low-cut dress and you don´t have the support that a push-up bra gives.
But bringing your breasts together and having a charming cleavage with a perky look is still achievable through the adjustable drawstring and buckle front of this strapless, backless push up bra.
4. With a Backless Bodysuit
Another solution for wearing a backless or a plunge dress is a backless and plunge bodysuit.
You have the support and the push of bra pads and underwire and you don´t have to worry about slip offs or skin irritations due to adhesives.
Now, I know for myself I hate bodysuits because of how difficult it is to pee. But this sleeveless bodysuit having an adjustable hook to fit for your torso at the crotch just solves that problem. No more inconvenience on going to the bathroom when in bodysuit.
I found this second bodysuit to be really cool. It doubles as a body shaper.
You don´t only have a backless and plunge neck bodysuit, you also have tummy support. And as long as there´s a hook for crotch, you´re in control.
5. The Strapless Sticky Push-up Plunge Bra
This is an amazing push-up plunge bra that will give you coverage as well as confidence knowing that your bra will not move and will not flash accidentally.
The sticky tape will stick on the base of both your bossoms, another two sticky tape on the base of the push-up bra, and the two half-wing tape that mimic the support of a normal push-up bra. With that kind of support, there´s no way your bra will move even if you´ll dance the night away.
So these are the bras, paddings, and bodysuits that I recommend you wear under a backless dress, or a dress with deep plunge neck.
