When it comes to shoes, especially investment over the knee boots, most women go for black. It´s no brainer, black goes with anything and everything. But the thing is, everyone has them in black. Would you rather not opt for the road less taken?
One of the reasons why most women shy away from colored (yes, even neutral colors) investment boots is that they find styling them a bit challenging. After all, they require more thoughts on what to wear with them than their black counterparts, right? Well, that isn´t always the case. Today I want to show you three ways to wear a pair of over the knee boots in olive shade.
1. Over The Knee Boots with Fur and Leopard
We know that leopard print in brown or nude are neutrals, and we also know that olive shade is a neutral. Why not mix this print and this color together? The idea is to dress the boots up with a gorgeous top, maybe in pink or green, then layer over a luxurious fur coat in cream.
Go for a black bag to keep things polished, but if you want to go trendy, grab a colored bag that complements the color of your top. Don´t match.

2. Over The Knee Boots with Jeans and Parka
Here´s a go-to casual look for every gal once the weather turns chilly. Dress the olive over the knee boots with some ripped skinny jeans and a girly white top, and then pull everything together with a khaki parka jacket. This is the time to showcase your of-the-seasoned cross body bag.
3. Over The Knee Boots with Leather
There are times when rocking head to toe black, especially if the look has statement leather, makes me uneasy. Things kindá look too heavy. And in some cases, if the wearer isn´t careful, the look can easily border cheap. One thing you can do to break the heaviness of your leather ensemble is to complete it with a non-black shoe such as this gorgeous olive. The result is still edgy but easier to carry.
