Color Talk: 12 Ways to Look Regal in Royal Blue

Blue is my favorite color. But although I´m drawn to any shade of blue, it´s the royal blue that I find most spectacular. Whenever I see a royal blue knee-length dress, it reminds me of the famous blue dress Kate Middleton wore for the announcement of her engagement to Prince William. Grand. Majestic.
