We love how fit and flare dresses skim the body and accentuate the waist in that utterly comfortable stylish manner. No matter our size, this silhouette has the ability to create illusion (if not emphasis) of a smaller waist. Think Michelle Obama, fit and flare is her favorite dress silhouette.
Back in 2013, fit and flare was the biggest dress style of the year. Do you remember? Checkout these articles below for a reminder:

Personally, fit and flare dresses are also my favorite. In fact, my love for this silhouette extends to skirts! So I´m really excited when I found these two fit and flares at Banana Republic which showcase the new way to rock the look.
At first you´ll think these dresses have pleated skirt, but pleats are actually just illusion resulting from the marvelous vertical (contrast) stripes.
I love that they can wear to the office under a cropped jacket, or to just anywhere. You´re always glam-ready.
