Many pet lovers who are living in apartments are unable to have a pet – dogs or cats – due to the rules. I know because I lived in apartments for 6 years while working as a teacher in Thailand. But at one point, due to my desperation to own a pet, I sneaked in two bunnies. I was always scared though especially if my room needed some maintenance. I was worried the crew would see my pets and then report to the owner. I wasn´t worried about the two security guards, they were my friends and even if they knew I had bunnies in my room, they were quiet.
Most of my friends opted for fish. Apartment rules usually exclude fishes as banned pets, but I´m not a fish lover. I prefer pets which I could cuddle, hug and pet. The moment hubby and I moved to a house here in Germany, the first thing I did was get us a cat. It´s wonderful. But for those of you who still can´t own a pet, you may consider owning these super cute pet decors instead. They´re always at your service without requiring time and care. Plus they don´t violate apartment rules!

Just Kitten Around Throw Blanket, $34.99
My favorite throw blanket (which wraps around me as I write this post) is a leopard print. Hubby´s throw blanket is a gorgeous kitten print with literally two large kittens gracing on it. I wanted to steal it from him but he seems in loved with it, so I let it go. But this adorable drape blanket with huggable kittens on it is on sale, I´d probably steal it for me. How about you?
Now over to you, girls. Do you love pets? Is living in an apartment stopping you from actually having a pet? Would you accent your room with pet decors?
