I wanted to style a look that I would personally wear. I want it to be sporty yet girly. I also imagine it to be some kind of fierce.
Because spring´s monochrome is my season´s most favorite trend, I quickly knew I´d like to create a look with this Himare Deep V-neck Knitted Dress by Sportmax. By the way, have you seen my recent monochrome outfit with black/white printed pants?
Dress, Shoe, Bracelet, Sunglasses, Clutch
I picked this dress simply because it has two things – sporty and girly. Its sleeveless style, knitted straight fit skirt with vertical high shine-finish coated black stripe to front and slits to either sides of ribbed hem, channel that needed sports-luxe element while its deep V-neck and body con fit speak girly.
I chose to team it with Diane Von Furstenberg´s statement-making Rhoda heels because their bold, block heel blend well with the dress´ bold, black stripe. The chic leather bracelet and black leather wayfarer sunglasses wrapped up the fierce look that I desire. But I don´t want the girly element to get drown so I added a sexy, white envelope clutch with gold studs.
What do you think of my sports-luxe monochrome look?
