Although I love bright colors, I´m very much fascinated with the black and white monochrome trend for spring. I heart its subtle elegance whether it´s a monochrome pencil skirt ensemble, a monochrome patterned look, or a celebrity inspired monochromatic mix.
Thus, before the spring is over (as you know time flies so quickly), I made sure that I get to wear my version. So here´s my mono look for spring!
I got these black and white print pants last fall and they slept in my closet for a while. For this spring look, I paired the pants with a white turtleneck top, black pumps, and black sunglasses. There´s not a lot of accessory needed because the pants are already loud.
Given that my printed pants have a slouchy style, I went for a fitted top and had it tucked in. Although I initially thought to wear a long-sleeved top with the pants, I ended up going for a short-sleeved to balance the length of the pants. They´re high-waist, mind you.
I made use of the warm weather this week so that explains my successive outfit posts. I still got a couple in line. If you missed my yesterday´s look, see my gold sweater and white pants attire.
So tell me girls, what do you think of my spring mono look?
