I stayed late during the Olympics 2012 Grand Opening just so I could cheer for my home country delegates. Did you? I also spent half of my Sunday watching the Olympic games and I felt this very familiar sense of nationalism watching some of my countrymen compete.
I´m sure it´s true to the most of us, cheering for our own country. But what better way is there to show your country support by wearing outfits with strong sports spirit? Here are three sporty yet gorgeous Olympic-inspired looks.
The Sporty Smart

You don´t have to wear trainers to look sporty, you can do it with heels too. Afterall, you don´t have to kick a soccer ball to be one avid sports fan. Why not dress up a pair of smart tee and denim capri pants with black peep-toe pumps? Add a classy shoulder bag and killer sunglasses to really mean what you got.
The Casual Tee Dress

This is my personal favorite, stripe tee dress. if you can get one with your contry´s flag or name, the better. Wear it some converse shoes in colors or prints that complement the dress. Inject some masculine attitude through your wrist watch and sunglasses.
The Denim Look

It´s raining in London as I watched the women´s cycling competition. It might be summer but cold wind can still blow anytime. A denim pullover will be great in times like this. Pair it with a navy, black or camouflage shorts. Opt for some trainers or black ankle boots to complete the look. Then happily welcome some great additional like a sports visor and a nationalistic tote bag.
What do you think of these Olympic inspired looks? Do you embrace the 2012 Olympics through your outfits?
The denim look is classic Bonnie. I like a laidback/cool outfit.
