Whenever we do outdoor photos for my outfit posts these days, we schedule it according to the weather news cast. Last week has been dark and foggy (and even this week) so much that it was only on Sunday when the sun was nice. Early that day my husband advised me to prepare for the shoot so we could capture photos with good light, but I was working on a post which I wanted to publish before we leave the house. The consequence of my not minding my husband´s advise, were dark photos. The sun was gone by 3pm and it was completely dark by 4:30. My husband chose a really good place for the pictorial, but without sun, there´s no beauty. I learned my lesson.
For today´s outfit, I created a layering of colorful items. I´ve been preaching in this blog about injecting vibrant colors to your fall outfits to defeat the dullness of gray sky, foggy roads and dying flowers and trees. So it´s just wise to do it myself. This is how to wear riding boots in fall.
I love, love this knitted pink top I´m wearing with bell sleeves. It´s very stylish and sophisticated. I layered under it a cobalt blue sleeveless with cowl neck. I chose to pair them with white jeans to allow their colors to stand out. The brown riding boos, chocolate gloves and animal print shoulder bag really spiced up this look.
My outfit items: Knitted top from Nuevo, Cobalt top from Amisu, Jeans from Mango, Bag from Nine West, Boots from Apart, and unbranded gloves from Germany.
