When I saw this Poncho in the mall during a shopping spree I and my mom-in-law did the other week, I knew it´s meant for this blog. I love that it´s knitted, long and with a big hood. I wanted to experiment on how to wear a Poncho for Fall.
I layered it up with a thick white sweater and skinny jeans in boots. I needed enough warmth to survive the chill. I found the right hat to go with the poncho too, it´s purpose is to basically cover my ears.
I decided to let the poncho stand out so I avoided color-blocking. Other than the blue jeans, I kept the rest basics such as white, light brown and gray. By doing this photo shoot outdoor, I found that even if the Poncho is layered up with thick wool sweater, it still isn´t enough to compete an 8degree temperature. It´s best to wear a poncho only indoor.
For this outfit: Poncho by Clockwise, boots from Graceland, jeans by Levis, sweater from Giordano and hat (brand unknown).
i think that’s an awesome poncho and it looks super cool with the hood. that photo is great! i also love your hat too.
I so love this outfit. I love the poncho and your boots and of course the hat! Have a lovely week. <3<3
What a beautiful poncho, it looks so elegant. I love that first photo, it’s my favourite! ~xxoo
As adorable as you look in that poncho, I will never ever wear one. I don’t know why but this is on my own personal list of things I abhor but you did a great job of pulling the look off 🙂
for some reason I’ve never been a fan of ponchos, but you look great nonetheless and that suits you so well!
