My Outfit: Colorblock Orange Blazer & Pink Top

Remember the post I wrote about how celebrities such as Jessica Alba and Eva Longoria wear bright colored blazer? Well, they either wear it with black or white to let the color really pop. But for me, I opted to colorblock my orange blazer with pink and then tone it with black and nude.

I got this orange blazer a year ago before my husband and I visited Paris, but I never had the chance to wear it until today. I layered it over a ruby pink tank top, accessorized with a nude laced scarf, then teamed with black denim shorts and black lace up leather shoes. I polished the look with black sunglasses.

I´m really glad that summer is finally here, I almost thought it would never come to us. Although it´s said that this weekend will be wet and cold once again, we´re expecting to enjoy warmth and sun next week. I actually wore this outfit for a stroll in the city and a cup of ice-cream. Before we head home in the evening, hubby brought me to a Thai restaurant. It was our first time to dine there, I realized how much I missed Phad Phak and Tom Yum soup. It was a great day indeed.
