Although dark skirts are safe and easy to style, a cute bright skirt is more fun to wear. Bright skirts are more versatile than you ever thought, they blend with other bright colors (known as colorblocking) and they add a nice pop of brightness to a monochrome ensemble (I know, I´ve said this how many times!). And, just in case you need some inspirations, here some celebrity looks in a fabulous bright skirt.

The Purple Bright Skirt

Emma Stone rocked a sweet purple A-line skirt with some pleats detailing. She teamed it up with a dark blue printed shirt, stripe tights, and flat tall leather boots. Although I wasn´t able to find the exact replica of her skirt, I managed to recreate her look with this purple puffball skirt to match with an ivory/sea blue dotted blouse. A pair of striped tights in black leather boots really add interest to the look.
The Yellow Bright Skirt
Jacket, Skirt, Clutch, Pump
Blake Lively´s yellow wrap skirt is divine. Her blue clutch and pink pumps completed the colorblocking while the dark cropped jacket provided balance on the colors. It doesn´t matter if you can´t find a yellow wrap skirt, as long as you have a nice bright yellow skirt, you can apply the style principle in this look.
The Pink Bright Skirt
Top, Skirt, Pump
Here´s another sweet and girly look in a bright skirt inspired by Emma Stone. Wear an orange three forth sleeved top with a pink peplum mini skirt. Let the two bright colors speak for you, finish off the look with beige/nude pumps and a bronze clutch.
The Blue Bright Skirt
Top, Skirt, Pump
Michelle Obama is another fashionista who knows how to rock colors especially a bright skirt. Did you know that orange and sky blue work well together? If you have a blue skirt, pair it up with an orange fitted tee worn tucked in, and complete the look with snake print pumps. Don´t forget to add a slim contrast belt preferably in black.
