I`m fond of wearing tunic dresses because they´re both comfortable and stylish. I especially adore tunic dresses with balloon or fluffy sleeves and an empire silhouette. This style makes me feel young and feminine. As long as I`m in a tunic dress, I always know that I look nice without having to worry for maintenance.
Here are some outfits that you can wear with a tunic dress.

Under the Sunic Tunic
This is a cute tunic dress from Free People. It has deep V-neck and deep V cutout on the back. The flutter sleeves are akin to butterfly wings. With it´s gorgeous empire waist, you can wear it as is in summer. Keep it casual with a pair of open-toe flats. To wear it for transitional weather, simply leayer it with tights, some ankle boots, and a cozy scarf.
Bell Sleeve V-Neck Tunic Top
This is another tunic from Free People. Although it comes in three different dark prints, it´s also available in a bright yellow print. But I love the drama of a dark print, so I chose the dark wine for this look.
It has a drop waist silhouette, which is perfect to pair with some jeggings or skinny jeans. You can finish the look with some sneakers or ankle boots.
Lady Luck Tunic Top
This tunic is made for summer! It´s a very pretty tunic dress with cute, voluminous skirt. It will look great with some capri tights and some thong sandals. There is something freeing about a beautiful tunic dress, which only lovers of tunics understand. That feeling of being comfy while knowing that you look nice in your outfit.
Berlin Mini Tunic Dress
Here´s another outfit that I so, so adore! A very manimalist look for a casual summer day yet super cute. It has an elbow puff sleeves, a V-neck, and a see-through outer layer. Keep things simple by adding a pair of white or nude flip flops, an oversized shoulder bag, and of course, an oversized black sunglasses.
Mirror Mirror Velvet Mini
For a more dressy look, opt for this fabulous printed tunic dress which is also from Free People. Depending on how far down your thigh the hem hits, you may or may not wear it without tights. To check, stand straight with your arms straight on your side, and see if your finger tips touches the hem. If the hem is shorter than your finger tips, then always layer it with tights or jeggings.
You may think that these outfits are only for younge ladies. But as long as you know as to style a tunic dress, you can always wear one regardless of your age.
Now oever to you, ladies. What do you think of empire silhouette or drop waist tunic dresses? Which of the outfits above would you love to wear?
