One thing that is widely underrated nowadays is modesty. The more fashionable that we become, the more that we show off flesh. If you have a great pair of legs, a well-toned pair of arms, and a rich cleavage, today´s fashion encourages you to display them … and OFTEN.
Recently I started strengthening my Christian faith. Christian women are advised to dress tastefully but modestly. To be honest, I have a hard time enrolling to this school of dress code because I adore shorts and miniskirts. When I did an inventory of my closet, I found that most of my dresses and skirts are above the knee or mini-mini.
Is it possible to look stylish in a modest outfit? Yes or No? Yes, it is. A good example is Kate Middleton. Since she became a princess, her style became stylish and elegant but modest.
But for someone like me who feels comfortable in short mini bottoms and sleeveless tops, incorporating modest outfits into my style requires me to take baby steps. I´d like to start with long, full skirts.
1. Pink Long Full Skirt

Although I could say that I have finally owned my style, I´m confident and I´m able to dress my shape, there´s still one piece of clothing that I find challenging to pull off – long skirt. I feel ultra-skinny in them, which I don´t like. Add to that the fact that I´m petite.
But I love the awesomeness of this full flared long skirt. It has an exaggerated fullness and dramatic flaring which is the result of its strategic tulle under skirt. Petite women are advised to steer clear of long skirts which hem hits past their middle shin because those skirts will overwhelm their height.

In my opinion however, since this long skirt has a dipped hem which displays your middle shin down to toes, petite women may still look great in this skirt. But it´s important to opt for pointed toe low vamp pumps to add you more length.
For tall women, you are lucky! You look great in long skirts and you have lots of options when it comes to shoes. For instance, you can wear an open toe strap heels with this skirt.
2. Blue Dipped Hem Full Skirt

The volume perfect statement of this skirt is perfect for special evening events. A cropped style top is perfect to partner the skirt to show off its emphasized band waist and waist bow tie at the back. A cropped top will also balance the skirt´s dipped hem.

An alternative for crop top is any fitted top which could be tucked in.
Keep the serious elegance of the look by adding a pair of pointed toe black pumps. And then inject some soft color to the outfit through a demure, baby pink clutch.
Remember that an outfit isn´t perfect unless you whisk it with your statement perfume. Keep your level of confidence high with a fabulous scent.
