We know that a midi full skirt continues to be one of the hottest shapes of the season. It embraces femininity and it injects conservative elegance to a woman´s style without appearing frumpy. Because let´s admit it, the most elegant woman in the room is the one who wears her skirt to her knee.
I noticed that most of the midi full skirts I´ve featured here on the blog are investment pieces. It can´t be argued that in most cases, we get what we pay for. However, I also support the wise styling revolution. That is, getting dolled up for less. I found these full midi skirts from Boohoo at par to my taste, and hopefully to yours, for prices under $50. Here are the skirts and the tips on how to style them.
1. Metallic Polka Tulle Full Midi Skirt
Top, Jacket, Skirt, Clutch, Shoes
This is a cute tulle skirt with polka dot accents and full midi silhouette. I´d like to keep the base outfit in black by adding a black turtle neck top (always tucked in, of course), and black pointed toe pumps. The result is entirely feminine! This is why we want to add a hint of rock star. Add a biker jacket in color of your choice, preferably light colors and no black.
You can swap the brown biker jacket with a pink if you have one.
Have fun with your clutch. It can be metallic, printed, or vibrant solid. It doesn´t have to match the rest of your look.

2. Mint Mesh Midi Skirt With Embellishment
Top, Blazer, Skirt, Clutch, Shoes
Mint is a gorgeous color. But when you´re wearing a full midi skirt in mint, it can be intimidating. You´re not sure how to wear it without appearing like you´re going to a prom or to a wedding. My tip is to team the skirt with light colored separates such as a white top, and to keep your shoes light but interesting. You will toughen up the result through a jacket.
I like to contrast the mint full skirt with this color block blazer. You should how it looks once you rolled up the sleeves.
3. Midi Length Full Net Tutu Skirt
Top, Jacket, Skirt, Bag, Shoes
Now let´s do another tutu skirt! This skirt is available in black, gray and peach. I love the element of whimsy of the peach tutu so that´s why I went for it.
This is actually a simple tutu. It´s not as exaggerated as most of the tutu skirts out there, so it´s easier to style. Add a simple white t-shirt, a pair of black peep-toe ankle boots, and a black bomber jacket. Pull the sleeves of the jacket up for a surefire way to toughen the whimsy look of your skirt.

4. Rose Contrast Lace Full Midi Skirt
I find this lace full skirt a gem. And it´s also very affordable! It has a contrast rose style on its tulle, a lovely creation of lace.
I just need a clean, light pink top to go with it, such as this t-shirt with an embellished collar. Let your legs look long by letting the eye transition easily from the skirt to a dress-y caged pump in black. Avoid the mistake of going too matchy. Pick a clutch, or bag, in a complementary color.
Do you have enough full midi skirts already? Which of the above looks can join your wardrobe?
