I´m naturally slim but in order to keep my body in shape and healthy, I go for a simple yet good diet topped with enough exercise. I love steamed fish, vegetables and soymilk. I often consume healthy soups, which are a great way to stay hydrated, veggies and beans.
I´m also a fan of Eat Clean diet plan. The principle behind this diet is giving your body what it needs to thrive. The plan is not to deprive yourself but to eat sufficient foods which are the lifeblood that sustains you and make you whole, and to steer clear from foods that destroy your body.
In order to lose my post-pregnancy pounds, I do yoga and Pilates, and sometimes kickboxing, canoeing, street fighting, push-ups, and playing contact sports.

Take care of your skin. Never use harsh soaps to wash your face, apply lotion liberally and always wear SPF.
Opt for the natural look and try not to wear too much make-up. Well, not always. When I’m tan, especially, I go natural. The only makeup I always wear– and this is going to sound funny, but my lips on their own are bright red, which I hate– is gray lipstick.
Keep your lip color simple to allow your eyes to shine. I´m a big fan of smoky eyes! I love thick eye liner and anything else that will draw attention to my lashes.
Always try to smell good. I prefer clean, masculine fragrances and wear Carolina Herrerra’s Herrerra for Men since I was sixteen.
