From classic cut to colorful pants, there are a whole range of selections to choose your pants from for fall. I´ve recently written the guide how to wear pants for a fabulous look which inspired even the purely dress/skirt ladies. However, of all the pants that are trending or revamping this season, I found leather pants the most timeless and the most unique pair you can ever have. True leather pants can be one of your most-adored investment.
Since Thursday is dedicated to celebrity inspirations here at Creative fashion, I´ve picked 3 celebrity looks to inspire you on how to style leather pants.
1. Hot and Edgy
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is overtly edgy in this all leather outfit. Her way of dressing up a pair of leather pants is by climbing at the top of edginess, none other than a killer red leather jacket that hits below the knee.
In order to inject feminity, she wrapped her feet with sexy strapped heels in black and grabbed a cute brown purse. Wearing her hair down with flirty wavy locks and with very less accessories, she let the leathers do all the talking.
Hint: In order to avoid looking too matrix, pop up a gorgeous tank underneath your jacket. That means wearing your leather jacket unbuttoned.
2. Powerful and Classy
The best way to make a pair of leather pants stand out is by pairing it with a classic white button-down shirt. Pulling together a double classic and timeless pieces equates to a powerful and classy look. It helps even more if your footwear are of classic pumps – black patent platform pump.
Miranda Kerr knows this trick, which makes her strut the streets in a very powerful and sophisticated outfit. She needed only a striking shoulder bag and black sunglasses to complete the look.
Hint: Polish your overall look by wearing your hair together in a clean, pulled up bun. Tuck in your shirt.
3. Cool and Punky
Wearing tight leather trousers and a sheer lacey top, Miley Cyrus looked in every way a grown up adult. She showed early signs of a budding fashionista, this time in a cool and a bit punky look. I love that the way she styled her leather pants, creating a contrast of edginess and girliness – classic pants plus vintage sheer lacey blouse.
For her accessories, she went for sets of media bangles, Indian bindi, punky black rings and black nail polish.
Her shoes added attitude to this look, killer black leather half boots. They made a sleek transition from the ends of the leather pants creating an even leggy look.
Hint: It takes fierceness to pull off this outfit.
So tell me Creative fashionistas, how would you style a pair of leather pants? Which celeb look above did you find lovely?
